We utilize Cleantelligent to help us manage our Quality Assurance Plan. WBM uses it to manage inspections, metrics tracking and reporting, facilitate communications and job scheduling. All of our clients are given access and training on WOW maintenance, during the account start-up process.

Staffing & Culture

With over 800 employees, WBM has created extensive training sessions before anyone is placed on site. All supervisory and management personnel also receive specialized training before assignment to a job site, with additional training sessions throughout their employment with us.

WBM is an active member of the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), with a worldwide membership of over 2,500. Our other memberships include the Greater Kansas City Area Chamber of Commerce, several local city Chambers of Commerce, and among others the local chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). WBM is also an associate member of the National Service Alliance (NSA).
